★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「SL水上レトロ号」で水上に向かう途中、渋川駅では約20分のイベント用の停車があります。子ども達とSLの記念写真を撮影する絶好の場となります。
機関車から前方をみると谷川岳が見えます。雪山とSL。私好みの写真が撮れました。
ホームでは上州名物「焼きまんじゅう」も販売してます。群馬生れには甘味噌だれが懐かしく当然うんまい。
駅でのイベント参加は渋川駅のものを逃さないことも大切です。上り高崎行きはイベントがないのでご注意あれ。
 There is a 20-minute event stop at Shibukawa Station on the way to Minakami on the "SL Minakami Retro". It's a great place to take SL commemorative photos with your children.
You can see Mt. Tanigawa from the front of the locomotive. Snow Mountain and SL. I was able to take the picture of my choice.
At home, you can also find Joshu specialty "yaki manju". In Gunma, sweet miso sauce is nostalgic and delicious.
It is important that you do not miss any of Shibukawa Station's event participation at the station. Please note that there are no events for going up to Takasaki.

しかし！豪雨です。
駅前ロータリーでは、近隣飲食店がもつ煮をメインに料理を出していました。
アコースティックギターによる演奏など盛り上がってましたよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭文字Dの秋名山を全推ししていて市内と伊香保温泉の頭文字Dマンホールマップがあります。路線バスも藤原豆腐店仕様の物がありますがそれ以外には何もなく、不思議と繁盛している謎のラーメン屋が一軒だけあります。
