二代目のおかみさんはとても優しく、息子が小さい時は、おまけしてくれてた様です 。

1本80円と安価なので、平気で10本以上買ってしまう。
安くて美味しくてオススメ。

餅ではなく小麦粉から作った団子にみたらし餡ときな粉がかかった串団子。
1本80円
開店の30分前に到着したが既に営業していた。
タイミングによっては提供されるまでに少し時間がかかる場合がある。
出来立てをいただいたが、熱々でとても美味しい。
餅とは違ったモチモチ感と甘過ぎない餡、きな粉もドサッとふりかけられていないので風味を楽しみながら食べられる。
店内はかなり狭い。

Skewer dumplings with mitarashi dango and soybean flour sprinkled on dumplings made from wheat flour instead of mochi.
80 yen per bottle
Arrived 30 minutes before the store opened but was already open.
Depending on the timing, it may take some time before it is provided.
It was freshly made, but it was hot and very delicious.
Unlike mochi, it has a chewy texture, not too sweet bean paste, and kinako is not sprinkled on it, so you can enjoy the flavor while eating.
The inside of the store is quite small.

那珂湊を代表する菓子『あべ川』があまりに美味しかった???ので、どんな食べ物かをホームページで調べて?みた。
●『食べログ』では
「米ではなく小麦粉を使った、弾力ひかえめでさらっと頂ける、地元で愛されるおやつです。」
●『いばなび』では
「湊っ子にはおなじみ“あべ川”。初めて見た方は、どんなお菓子か想像できるでしょうか？お餅のようにも見えますが、小麦粉で作った生地を型に入れて鉄板で焼き、黒糖入りの甘いタレときな粉をまぶした、やさしく軽い食べ心地のお菓子です。テーブル席であつあつを食べるも良し、持ち帰って家族や友人とゆっくり食べるのもまた良し。那珂湊でもここだけの、昔ながらの味をご賞味ください。」
「那珂湊独自の素朴なお菓子“あべ川”は、小さいお子さんからおじいちゃんおばあちゃんまで買いにきます。お散歩や観光がてら、1本から気軽にどうぞ！差し入れやお土産にも◎。ぜひ一度食べてみて下さい。」
