While the restaurant is small in size, the attention and family-run operation is very much customer friendly and very customer centric. While it may not be your typical Japanese big-box restaurant (like family restaurant), but I can guarantee that the quality of food is superb.

There are various sauces and it is good to enjoy various tastes, but there are many sweet and punchless sauces, and I wanted a crispy sauce with a soy sauce-based taste.
