★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All you can eat at a very reasonable price. Unlike other all you can eats, the service staff are very attentive and bring out the food very fast. They are always present and are eager to take your order. Broth was always topped up. Also unlike other places, the English menu is exactly the same as the Japanese menu. Would eat here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite every good comments received above I had a really horrible experience here with my grandma. The English speaking staff was very impatient with us. We are not big on eating meat so we decided to order from the a la carte menu. The menu was not very clear despite they have it in English. We followed the way of ordering 1) choose 2 soup base 2) choose set menu. But then we were told that the set menu already have soups fixed so it was a waste of effort to choose soup if you are after the set menu. And a la carte has very tiny portions which the staff did not explain to us neither. My advice for this place is to do eat all you can as they advertised. Everything else is such a pain to go through. I have never had such an unpleasant service experience in Japan. By the time we got our food we lost our appetite from the dramatic ordering experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the ambience and food are good, the service isn’t. We had the all-you-can-eat course. Rather than being self-service buffet style, it’s a la carte buffet. It was hard to catch the attention of the staff, and when we put our requests in, the portions were tiny. For example, we had four in our group, but when we asked for more beef, the plates only had three slices. You basically have to order continuously to keep the pot stocked with food, or else ask for multiple plates at each request. Not value for money, and quite stressful to keep everyone fed and happy with the tiny portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have Shabu Shabu. It’s big for all you can eat but we opted for a la carte menu. Good quality meat & tofu & vegies. Price is really depend on how much you eat. But for what you get, definitely worth it. Will make sure we come back whenever we return to Osaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shabu shabu is good! Great selection to choose from. I disliked that we were seated in half covered booths and to order more food it was a bit tricky to try and flag down a waiter. Also not sure if there were separate smoking/non smoking areas but we were seated amongst smokers which was definitely unpleasant for a non smoker.
