E	Edmond Shum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap but not worth it. Bad service. Almost no crab meat at all. Go find somewhere else to eat and thank me later for not wasting your time here .

We waited for 45 mins for food and we found out they missed out our order except for drinks. The environment was noisey and filled with cigarettes smokes. This restaurant seemed dedicate for locals instead of travelers. If Google review allows a negative score, I would have rated this restaurant with a negative score.

We ordered the ¥6000 set, it includes like 7 courses; we ordered Rice bowl covered by salmons - which never comes until we pay the check. Oh, and the dinner last 3 hours - you can’t imagine how bad is the service, every table was in a small room, you can only find waitresses by ringing a bell on table. Guess what, sometimes even you ring for 4 times, they still not coming to you! And they serve course by course, the funny thing is that you are in the small room, they can’t tell if you already finished a course, so they can’t bring you next course on time! 3. When I pay for the bill, there are something I can’t recognize, cause they are in Japanese character. The cashier told me those were drinks, which I’ll I never ordered! And that’s extra ¥2000!

I visited here looking at the word of mouth, but I reserved a course of 5000 yen, but something completely different from the picture came out. I do not clean the inside of the store at all (I use a cassette stove that remains dirty as shown in the photo.There is no water in the bathroom in the toilet) I will post it as you do not want to feel uncomfortable like us in the future.

No one will serve you tea, all utensils, table and chairs are dirty with rubbish. You can hear the waitress and waiter laughing all the time but they will turn 360 to customer. I hope his boss can see this comment!! Please don’t go there... totally rubbish and lack of respect to customer and food.

No one was waiting at the entry when we went there, but it took almost 10mins to seat down We have 4 people, but only 2 sets of dish and chopstick on the table, we ask for more, but we only got it after asking for 3 times. Strange rule for ordering! There are few fixed sets on the menu, 4 of us have different preference, but we were told we have to order the same one Meals are served at a very slow pace, and those waiters keep missing some minor things like water, crab eating tools......etc Anyway, very bad experience.
