★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割そばのボソボソ感は全くなく、冷もりそばはツルッとシャキッと。温もりそばはもっちりと。
とても美味しいお蕎麦でした。
大将のオススメで、温もりそばには卵が合うと言われたのでトッピング。良。
お出汁も香りよく、美味しかったが、塩分は強め。
店内4席ほどと、かなり狭めですが、作っているところが見えるので楽しめます。
私は、製麺機で作った、お蕎麦も美味しかったです。
 There is no lumpy feeling of 100% buckwheat noodles, and cold buckwheat noodles are smooth and crispy. Warm soba is chewy.
It was a very delicious soba.
Recommended by the general, it was said that eggs would go well with warm soba, so toppings. Good.
The soup stock was fragrant and delicious, but the salt content was strong.
It's quite narrow, with about 4 seats in the store, but you can enjoy it because you can see what you're making.
The soba noodles I made with the noodle making machine were also delicious.

珍しいのでちょっとお邪魔させていただきました。
がっつりと行きたかったので、もりの大にしてみました。
そのままで、山葵チョイ乗せ、あとは返しでズズズッと。最後は蕎麦湯、お茶までと。
香り、食感しっかりと楽しませていただきました。( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Oops, 100% buckwheat noodles ..
It's rare, so I'm sorry to bother you.
I wanted to go solid, so I tried to make it bigger.
As it is, put the wasabi choi on it, and then return it. At the end, soba hot water and tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to get some hot soba because I wasn't feeling well and found this cosy little place. Owner is a nice guy and helped me with my order (no English menu).
The noodles take a few minutes to make by machine and I added an egg at the suggestion of the owner. After finishing the noodles, soba water is added to the dipping sauce to be finished off as a soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sona noodle restaurant is generally good, but one thing I couldn't enjoy was owner politely asked us to hurry up to finish our dishes as there were few more people waiting outside.
I still understand the situation, but we wouldn't order if we know we had to rush that much.
There are only 5 or 6 seats, it's quite small shop, but people started waiting outside right after we order our Soba noodle, so we didn't expect that we had to rush that much.
It was okay to me, but my friend from oversea was struggling to handle chopsticks. Maybe he was taking bit longer time compare to average Japanese people, but he wasn't taking his time or chatting as if he was at cafe or something.
So that's the one thing I couldn't enjoy but apart from that, Soba noodle was mouth watering and owner was generally friendly.
I could still recommend this Soba shop unless it's busy.
