しかしなんばウォークの多くの蕎麦屋が☆3以上、
それらと比べ、幾分マシな蕎麦なのでこの評価。
細く黒めの蕎麦に幾分甘めのつゆ。
個人的には好きなタイプ。
表現は悪いが食感は良くできた冷凍蕎麦に似ている。
別に冷凍蕎麦を卑下する訳ではない。
多くの蕎麦屋が冷凍蕎麦を超えていない事に対する
1つの比較基準。

食べ始めはよかったのですが味が濃すぎるのか
食べ進めるにつれてお箸が重くなりました。
またテーブルが低くイスが高い為
体制が最後まで落ち着けず終始
食事がしづらい状態でした。
隣のお客さんとの距離感は丁度良く
お蕎麦はコシがあり美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前マグロの専門店があった跡地に出来たそば屋さんです。
18時頃に訪れたのですが、お客様は先に一人だけで空いており、そのあとに二人ほど入られてました。
カウンターだけでなく、テーブル席も奥にあるみたいです。
カツ丼のセットを頼みまして、880円税込だったと思います。
味はまぁ普通かなと。
蕎麦も特に美味しいとまではいきませんでした。
次は試しにつけそばを頼みたいと思います。
店員さんの接客も良くも悪くもないレベルでした。あまり元気良さは感じませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるそばのつゆも油っぽかった。麺も接客も微妙な感じ。まんぼう時の昼間も酒提供中止してて飲めません。
