コスモ食品のルウなど調味料も売っているので、ついでに気付いたものを買えて助かります。
Meat shop you can rely on. Homemade char siu is good as it is and good for fried rice.
They also sell seasonings such as Cosmo Food's Lou, so you can buy what you noticed and save.

強火で表をカリッと焼き上げて弱火で中に火を通せば最高級店で食べる味が家庭で頂けます。
玉ねぎを一緒に焼くと余計な脂を吸い取ってくれて甘みが出ますよ。輪切りの方が良いかも?

皮を剥いでから欲しいと伝えたら料金変わるけど対応は可能でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼豚美味しい。中華街の焼豚のような脂は無くて、肉の旨味が凝縮した美味しさ。何故美味しいのか判らないけれど、包丁で切って食べ出すと止まらない。材料の豚肉が違うのでしょうね。
The roast pork is delicious. There is no fat like grilled pork in Chinatown, and the taste of meat is condensed. I don't know why it's delicious, but it doesn't stop when I cut it with a knife and eat it. The raw pork is probably different.
