やわらかくてうまい
焼肉屋で出てくるような肉なので一度は買ったほうがいいね
オススメは生タン！厚みが違うで～(・ω・)ノ

松原商店街に通い5年目に発見。
宝を見つけた感覚であった。
入り口が洋品店で、まさかのその奥に肉のえんどうあり。
メディアの取材を多数受けている模様。
当方が購入するのは専ら酒のつまみ。
珍しいハチノス刺、センマイ刺し、トンソク。加えてもつ煮などどれも旨い。
ちなみにここの上モツで煮込みをつくればスーパーのモツなど二度と購入する気持ちにはなれない。

お店の前は雑然としていて、建物も古いせいか買うのを躊躇う店構え。でもお肉は良い物を揃えているけど、お爺さんも若者も商売っ気がなくて「いらっしゃいませ」もない。やめようかな？と思ってる所に清潔感溢れるママさん登場。キビキビ働いてる姿見て これなら大丈夫かな？と買いました。
ビーフシチュー用のお肉、とても美味しくいただきました。お肉はとっても美味しくて良かったので勿体ないと思います。
