Rooms have big windows to have a view of the city very rare in Japan. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort.

The room is spotless and bigger than I thought it would be, staff friendly and professional, and they have English translations where most important. Will definitely come and stay again next time I'm in Sendai.

Not everyone likes to sleep in a heated room even if it was 14C outside. Value for money would be hard to beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wifi in the rooms is great. The front desk reception wasn't overly friendly. Front desk help is very courteous. Loads to do within walking distance.

The design of the casual twin room should be changed. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests.

Three other tables were occupied with several people and it was very calm and clean. I ordered a Japanese beef set menu with a draft beer. Taste of the beef was excellent. It was tender and juicy and it's charcoal flavor was very nice. One of excellent meal in Japan as usual. Hoping to come again in the future.
