K	Kyo Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit to dormy inn group. They never failed me. Still up to expectation, excellent service, helpful frontdesk, clean room, good facilities. Close to station too. They also brought my bag straight to the room when i visit the city. Thumbs up.

The location is superb to sendai station n the greatest thing about this location offs definitely the in-house onsen. I didn't even bother using the in room shower as I visited the onsen twice a day. It really hit three spot to wake you up and relax after a day of walking around on your feet. Breakfast was also delicious with many options at this location.

The rooms was a bit bigger than the typical room in a Japanese city chain hotel. We had a great nights sleep. Wired internet connection provides convenience.

Breakfast is not recommended.. Dry, lukewarm, airplane food like food. But free alcohol and ramen services at night are exceptional. I'd go back there.

But even in absolute terms it wad a great stay: there's a public bath, a lounge, Internet, and small items which made the stay so much better: a phone charger for all standards, shaver in the public bath, free noodles at night (until 23:00) and a fridge. Also very clean and the bed mattress was perfect for me. And walking distance to the station and shopping arcades.
A	Ade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason we booked this Dormy Inn was because of the awesome experience we had at the one in Osaka, and it didn't disappoint. Same great rooms, same great staff and service, but I much preferred the one in Osaka for a couple of reasons. First, the room was smaller. Still very nice, but it was a bit cramped. Second, for some reason the staff wouldn't/couldn't/didn't want to call a cab for us to Sendai Station. The other sort of strange thing was that they had different times for the free drinks and the free ramen, it's not all at the same time. Not a bad thing, just a bit odd. Overall I would definitely stay there again, Dormy Inn is great.
S	Steven Bara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a bit old but still okay for a dormyinn. there's a free massage chair in my room. the onsen is great as always. the breakfast was a bit below other dormyinn standard. the area is... not good. parking is expensive and it feels like an amusement district.

The onsen were very nice, it tough that tattoos are a problem (I understand the culture difference and respect it). My problem is the cleanliness of the room. There were large dust bunnies and dirty socks (Not Ours) under the bed and behind the curtains. The toilet also needed a good wipe down. The pillows were firm pillows which was nice and the AC was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Probably will go back but will definitely be asking them to clean in if its that way again.
