The facility is a little old, but the customer service of the staff is good and I think that it is easy for visitors to use.

ら	らららるるる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビジターで利用しました。・清潔感はあり。消毒用の媒体が紙ナプキンではなく布地なところが個人的には○。ボロボロ屑がこぼれないし、不潔になったら交換すれば良い。・古い施設ならではの、新規参入するジムは設置しないような設備・エリア（アスレチックのようなものやサンドバッグなど）があり面白い。・個人的にはレッグエクステンションのマシンが他ジムよりかなりしっかり効かせられて良かった印象。・ラットマシンもアタッチメントが豊富○ ・非常に残念な点は、フリーウェイトに制限時間が設けられていないこと。利用時に常連のような人がかなり長時間我が物顔で占拠していました。重量をあげる際にも「あーっ！」と、かなりうなり声もあげていて気分がいいものではありませんでした。スタッフも注意していなかった点が✕。 I used it as a visitor. ・ There is a feeling of cleanliness. The gym has all the required facilities like swimming pool, training machines, smash ball room, sauna, air cycle studio, hot studio for yoga and aerobics .. awesome lessons from trained instructors. I joined this gym in October 2019 and since then, it’s been a wonderful experience. I got into shape after losing extra kilos, and now getting closer to my fitness goals. Gym opens everyday except Fridays! They have different membership plans. Mine is executive one in which I can use gym wears (clothes, shoes and towels) and visit gym anytime. I am a bit lazy in laundry so thats why I chose this membership ? Highly recommended!
