美味しいです。 仕事も丁寧だと思います。 モツ系の素材も臭み無しです。 もう少し味が濃くてもいいかな?と、思わせられる料理が多い。 好みの問題でしょう。

美味しくてゆったりできるお店。 日曜日のランチに訪問。 牛ほほ肉の生姜焼きを頼みました。 最初待つ間にレバーがだされ食べると美味しく、この後にだされる料理が楽しみになりました。 当然生姜焼きも抜群に美味しく。 味変しながら楽しく頂きました。 谷中に来たらここって思うくらい美味しかったです。

ランチタイムの三茄子に行きました。メンチカツバーガーが絶品。前菜で出た低音調理のレバーも美味でした。

伝手で時々行く程度ですが、間違いのないお店。 適度な種類のお酒は、どれもこだわりのある、自店展開の料理のそれぞれと相性抜群のラインナップですし、モツ料理がメインではありますが、そのエグみ・臭みは見事にコクと旨味のアクセントに昇華しています。 この近辺でお店に迷ったらココを選んでおけば、とりあえず外しませんね。 最近では、シビレが最高に旨かったですよ。 一口目は軽くモツらしい癖が楽しめつつ、直ぐにボンジリのようなプリットロな舌触りと脂の甘さとの調和で、何とも言えない旨味に塗れます。 そのまま胃に流し込んでしまいそうなのですが、ぜひ、そのまま脂の甘味を楽しんでください。 何とも言えない幸せな旨味で、赤ワインとのマリアージュはもちろん、日本酒との相性もナカナカ宜しい逸品でした。

谷根千を散歩していて見つけたお店。 居酒屋だけどしっかりごはんをいただけるお店ってありがたいです。 ホホ肉の生姜焼き丼を食べながら、赤ワイン梅酒を飲みました。どちらも美味しかったので、今度はモツ鍋食べに行きたい!

모든 메뉴를 먹을때마다 감탄이 나오며 술이 진짜 콸콸콸 들어갑니다. 2층이라 잘 안보여서 몰랐는데 여긴 진짜 숨어있는 맛집!!!!!! 특히 메뉴들이 곱창 베이스인데 내가 알던 곱창이 아님. 냄새도 하나도 안나고 소스 조합도 너무 신선함. 또 먹으러 갑니다.
