I visited the restaurant on the night of November 20th and had a large serving of Chinese noodles ¥ 390 with a service ticket. It is a stable Hidakaya ramen. Even after the emergency declaration is lifted, the last order is 8:30 and the closing time is early.
森	森忠男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コスパが良い。激ウマは無いが大ハズレも無い。日高屋には珍しく、日暮里駅前の『ビル3階』に有ります。店内はワンフロアです。入り口にカウンターが15席ほど有り、禁煙席、喫煙接客の区分は無くて時間帯よって区切られています。どの席も17時以降は喫煙可能です。17時以降食事をしていて、いきなり横で吸われた事が有るので非喫煙者には辛いと思います。右側奥がテーブル席となっています。料理は日高屋チェーンの中では安定している方だと思います。店によっては料理の出来にバラツキが大きく特に炒めものは差が大きく出るのですが、ここの炒めもの（炒めもの単品、ラーメンの上具材含む）は安定しているので安心です。店員さんは外人が多いのですが、入れ替わりも無く安定感有る接客をしてくれます。料理が安定しているので、日暮里に行く度につい寄ってしまいます。 Cospa is good. There is no intense horse, but there is no big loss. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building in front of Nippori Station, which is rare for Hidakaya. The store is on one floor. There are about 15 counters at the entrance, and there is no distinction between non-smoking seats and smoking service, and they are separated by time of day. Smoking is allowed in all seats after 17:00. I've been eating since 17:00 and suddenly smoked sideways, so I think it's hard for non-smokers. The back on the right side is a table seat. I think the food is stable in the Hidakaya chain. Depending on the restaurant, there is a great deal of variation in the quality of the dishes, especially the stir-fried foods, but the stir-fried foods here (including the stir-fried foods separately and the ramen ingredients) are stable, so you can rest assured. Many of the clerk are foreigners, but they do not change and serve customers with a sense of stability. The food is stable, so every time I go to Nippori, I stop by.

There were three support staff members, one in the kitchen and one in the hall, and they were moving quickly without waiting for customers. The time from ordering to delivery is fast. Draft beer, five knobs, and half-ramen for 1,500 yen will satisfy a little drinker. Of course, there are plenty of set meals, so if you're wondering what to eat, you should go first.
