★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元に長くあるお稲荷さんで、規模は小さいが、存在感ある。急峻な崖を利用したレイアウトから、大昔、目の前の道路を作る際、裏手の禅寺、瑞圓寺からの高台を切り崩したものと推測される。記憶を辿れば、1960年頃、このお稲荷さんの至近に、太平洋戦争当時の、その崖に大きく掘られた防空壕を見ており、歴史的価値もありそう。お稲荷さんの境内にある数々の石碑などは、おそらく隣接する名石工、加藤石材店の手によるものだろう。
Inari, who has been around for a long time, is small in scale but has a strong presence. From the layout using steep cliffs, it is presumed that when the road in front of us was built long ago, the hills from the Zen temple and Zuienji temple in the back were cut down. According to my memory, around 1960, I saw an air raid shelter dug in the cliff at the time of the Pacific War near Mr. Inari, which seems to have historical value. The numerous stone monuments in the precincts of Mr. Inari are probably the work of the adjacent famous mason, Kato Stone Dealer.

倉稲魂命（うがのみたまのみこと）
戦前まで「お万榎」と呼ばれる榎の巨木があり、上部が二股に分かれており人間が逆立ちした形で、股の部分が空洞になっていたことから女陰に見られ、性的信仰・性器崇拝の対象となって内藤新宿周辺の遊女や女将などが拝みにきたそうです。

榎坂の中程にある。お万榎と言われた巨木があった事に坂の名前の由縁がある。
婦人病・性病平癒や縁切りの他に商売繁盛、五穀豊穣といった御利益がある。

階段の途中には榎稲荷大明神が祀られてました。

小さな神社ですが、作られた当時の面影が随所にあり、そこはかとない歴史を感じます。
