三河より神田に移住してきた50人組の者が勧請し創建したのが始まりだという。その後当地へ遷座し1958年に三河稲荷神社として設立。社殿は小さくはないが、後に建造物が建ったのか社地が狭く社殿が鳥居に対して真横を向いている。
