M	Miku Mikan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛媛柑橘と地元蜂蜜のクアトロフォルマッジと宇和島吉田町「大久保農園」無農薬みかんのクラフトコーラをいただきました。クアトロフォルマッジに使われていた柑橘はその時期によって異なり、今回は甘平でした。ブレンドされたチーズの濃厚でいてサッパリとした塩味と甘平と蜂蜜の甘みが驚くべきコラボレーション❕ 今まてデザート系ピザは邪道（失礼!）と勝手に決めつけていた自分の今までの認識が形もなく崩れ去る、そんな絶品ピザでした。このメニューを推してくれた友人に心から感謝です。これを知らずして人生を終えるのはなんて疎かな事なのか…（大袈裟　笑）と思える一品でした。クラフトコーラは炭酸飲料好きの方にはマストなドリンクだと太鼓判を押せれるメニューです。これほど風味豊かなクラフトコーラは飲んだ事がありません。こちらのシェフは相当な知識と技術をお持ちなのだと思います。また対応してくれたスタッフの気遣いと優しさも特筆すべき事だと思います。訪問前に電話で営業確認で問い合わせたのですが、道中の道路工事による時間制限通行規制の時間を丁寧に伝えてくれました。お陰で全くのロスタイムもなく食事を楽しめた事に感謝です。
う	うわじまむすめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足摺宇和海国立公園内の滑床渓谷は、近頃キャニオニングなどでテレビでも紹介されている所！紅葉が美しいので秋によく行ってました。新しくできた水際のロッジで、世界一のピザが食べれると聞いて、土曜日に行ってみました。途中、土日限定の森のパンにも寄りました。美味しいパンが森の中で買えます！滑床渓谷へは最後の5分くらい細い道になります。対向車が来ないことを祈りつつロッジへ向かいます。信号機でも置いて一方通行にしてくれるといいのになぁ^o^ ピッツェリアは11:30オープン！それまで森の中を散策。素晴らしい緑の中で滝の音が気持ちいい＼(^o^)／ピザは生地もトッピングもすごい種類で迷います。初めてなのでコースで！東京から移住して来たという若いスタッフが数名。目黒区から松野町の目黒へ来てくれた方に、いろいろお話しを聞きました。味はもちろん！倉田ペッパーのこと！まっちゃんトマト！新しいことを教えてもらって得した気分^o^ お店の外には、ブランコもあり、今度はロッジに泊まりワインでも飲みたいなぁと思っています。愛媛の山の中の中に、こんなにオシャレで洗練された素敵なお店があることに感動しました。お休みの日に是非行ってみてください。 The Nametoko Gorge in Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park has recently been introduced on TV in canyoning and other places! 河	河野亮二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滑床渓谷にあるお洒落なイタリアンです。今回はランチのコースも頂きました。コースの内容は前菜、ピザ、パスタ、デザート、飲み物で、ピザとバスタは選べます。マルゲリータを頂きました。もっちりした生地にたっぷりのソースとチーズ、生地の絶妙なソースが本当に美味しいです。サラダも新鮮でたっぷり！地元の野菜などをたくさん使ってるのも嬉しいですね。その他のメニューもたくさんあるので、何度も楽しめます。店員さんの対応が素晴らしいのも嬉しい限り。お話しするのも楽しいですよ。 It is a fashionable Italian restaurant in the Nametoko Gorge. 0	0808 Asser (‪アッサー‬) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味、店の雰囲気、スタッフの対応などとても良く、快適に過ごせました。ピザとラザニアを頂きましたが、ピザは生地がとても美味しく、具もたくさん乗っていて大満足です。ラザニアも地元で捕れた新鮮な鹿肉を使用しており、臭みもなく美味しかったです。感染対策も体温測定、アルコール消毒、アクリル板の設置などしっかりしていました。店の周りも自然豊かな景色がある為、とても綺麗です。残念ながら訪問時は紅葉にはまだ早すぎましたが、木々が色づく頃はさらに綺麗な景色を見ながら食事も楽しめると思います。店に到着するまでの道がとても狭く、対向車が来ると回避できないポイントが何点かある為、車の運転が苦手な方は注意です。また愛媛に来た際には利用したいです。 The taste, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the staff's response were very good, and I was able to spend a comfortable time.
