h	h-mutabilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒田市で本格的なピッツァが楽しめるお店です。厨房の奥には、お取り寄せしたオレンジ色の頭が可愛らしい窯が置いてあります。ランチはＡランチ（1,000円）／Ｂランチ（1,500円）（※どちらも税込）から選択出来ますが、ワンコインで前菜の盛り合わせとスープ、ミニデザートがつくので、個人的には「Ｂランチ」がおススメです。ランチ時のピッツァは食べ切り可能なサイズに調整してありますので、女性でもペロッといけます。焼きたてのピッツァは小麦の香りが芳しく、生地も薄目に仕上げてあるのでパリッとした食感が楽しめます。もちろん、耳の部分に残るもちっとした生地もまた美味しくいただけます。ディナーでもランチ同様ピッツァとパスタがあり、ランチよりも選択肢が多くなっているのが特徴です。また、お酒はもちろん、多種類の前菜や本格的なお肉料理、デザートまで幅広く用意されており、老若男女問わず楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ます。スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、活気もあり、また温かな雰囲気もある素敵なお店です。もちろん、内装もオシャレでフォトジェニックな感じです。カジュアルな普段使いも出来る一方で、シックな時を過ごしたい場合でも使えるお店だと思います。駐車場は、近隣にある“酒田市営地下駐車場”を利用するか、有料駐車場を利用すると良いと思います。地下駐車場を利用した場合、会計時に2時間分のサービス券がもらえます。（※地下駐車場は21時に閉まるので、ディナータイムでの利用は注意する必要があります） 2020年2月22日にオープンしたため、現時点（3月6日）ではまだ開店して1ヶ月も経っていませんが、これからますます飛躍していくことでしょう。今後の繁栄ぶりに期待しています。 A shop where you can enjoy authentic pizza in Sakata City.
