★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと通っていたが、受付の女性が感じ悪くなってから、気分が悪い。待ち時間が長いのは仕方ないが、6人待ち、という受付表示で入ったのに1時間以上待たされたり、充血を見てもらいたいのに毎回視力検査が必要になって面倒にもなった。今日は、預けていたハードコンタクトレンズを貰ってつけるのに、水道のないところに誘導された。そのままつけてみたけど違和感。水洗いしてつけ直した。。。もう行かないと思う。先生は信頼していたから残念。

先生はこちらの事情も汲み取りながら笑顔で優しく話してくださり、安心できます。
院内のオルゴールの落ち着いたBGMもあって私のお気に入りの病院です☺️
口コミで多く書かれている受付の方の対応についてですが、恐らくこの方かなと思う方はいらっしゃったのですが別に特別感じが悪そうな雰囲気はなかったです。
確かに淡々と説明されていて口下手そうな感じではありましたが、まあそんなものでしょう。
私の住んでるところから電車で何駅か離れているのですが、ここの眼科が1番私にとって安心できるのでこれからもこちらにお世話になりたいと思います！

いつも混んでるのでお忙しいと思いますがいつ行っても丁寧な説明と優しい物言いで事細かく説明してくれます。診察室を出るときには先生自ら椅子から立ってお辞儀をしてくれます。こんなことは初めてなのでとても感動しました。もうずっとお世話になってます。
ただ人気なだけあっていつ行っても混んでます。それは覚悟していくべきだと思います。
