ローストビーフ丼を注文しました。それにかけるソースが4種類かあり、1番上に書かれていたものにしました。
他のソースも試したいですし、ランチメニューは他にもたくさんあったのでまた行ってみたいです。

I ordered a roast beef bowl. There are four kinds of sources to be applied to it, and I used the one written at the top.
I want to try other sauces and there are many other lunch menus so I want to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で誕生会をしました。どれも美味しかったけど、特にかずさ和牛が絶品でした。魚介も野菜もお酒も楽しめて、花まるの誕生日でした。
We had a birthday party with our family. All of them were delicious, but the Kazusa Wagyu beef was especially excellent. I enjoyed seafood, vegetables and sake, and it was Hanamaru's birthday.

前回はステーキのプレートをいただきました。
個人的に焼いた肉は塩のみの味付けが好みなので、メニューにはなかったですがお願いしたところ、快く出して頂けました。（かなりこだわりのお塩だった事は記憶しております）
ステーキに関しては男の私には少しボリュームが足りない気がします、1500円でも良いのでもう少しボリュームのある内容にしてもらえたら嬉しいです。
2度目の訪問の際はボリュームも考慮し、ローストビーフ丼とマッシュルームのパスタを注文。
ローストビーフ丼はお肉がとっても柔らかく、シャリアピンソースの味もかなり良かったです！
マッシュルームのパスタはトリュフの様に薄切りになったマッシュルームがたっぷり入っています。
かなりマッシュルームの香りが良くここまでの味が出せるのかと勉強になりました。
因みに連れはステーキプレートにしてましたが私のマッシュルームのパスタのソースに少しマッシュルームを乗せステーキを食べてみましたが、正直感動の域でしたw

On the second visit, we ordered the roast beef bowl and mushroom pasta, considering the volume.
The roast beef bowl had very soft meat and the taste of shariapin sauce was quite good!
Mushroom pasta contains plenty of sliced mushrooms like truffles.
I learned that the scent of the mushrooms was quite good and I could get the taste so far.
By the way, I had a steak plate, but I put a little mushroom on my mushroom pasta sauce and tried the steak, but it was in the area of honest impression w
