副材も多めで美味しいかったです。多分他の人には賛否分かれるでしょうが。私は美味しいかったです。

お父さん一人で店を切り盛りしてるので提供はやや長目。
かつ丼は甘しょっぱいと言うより見た目よりは甘めな味付け。厚目なかつと玉ねぎをかっ込みましょう。
味噌汁はあら汁のような風味で、小鉢のキノコの佃煮みたいのが美味しかったです。
I ordered "Katsudon" for ¥ 950. Please note that the parking lot is rather narrow and there are no landmarks.
Since the store is run by my father alone, the offer is a little long.
Katsudon is sweeter than it looks, rather than sweet and salty. Let's put thick katsu and onions.
The miso soup had a flavor like ara soup, and it was delicious like a small bowl of mushroom tsukudani.

味は美味しいのでいいのですが本気丼と普通のカツ丼の値段が一緒って、少しガッカリしました

味も濃くなく薄くなく、丁度良い塩梅でした。お腹一杯(笑)

まず外観ですが目印がなく、普通の民家といった感じなので見落とし注意です。
駐車場も狭いので大きな車の方は少し注意が必要かと思います。
そして店内ですが、田舎のおじいちゃんおばあちゃんのお家のような昔懐かしい感じです。
私は3月にお伺いしましたが、立派な雛人形が飾ってありました。
本題の味ですが中身で勝負と謳っているだけあり本当に美味しいです。
私はカツ丼を食べましたが、結構甘めの味付けでした。
繰り返しますが本当に美味しかったです。
副菜やお味噌汁が付いているのも嬉しかったです。
漬物に関しては好き嫌いが分かれる感じの味でした。
申し訳なく思いますが、私はあまり得意ではなかったです…。
その点で星4つにさせてもらいました。
そして何より店主(おじいさん)が一見無愛想そうに見えますが、美味しかったですと伝えた時の嬉しそうな顔は忘れられません。笑
昔ながらの味が味わいたい方は是非お邪魔してみてはいかがでしょうか！

And above all, the shopkeeper (grandfather) looks unfriendly at first glance, but I can't forget the happy face when he told me that it was delicious. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古き良き昭和の香りのするお店です。カツは、厚くて柔らかく食べやすい。なかなかボリュームがあり、満足感が得られます。お父さん１人で切り盛りしてるようですが、南魚沼の地元に愛される良いお店です。
