本場のお好み焼きが食べたくてタクシーの運転手さん行きつけのSasakiに連れて行ってもらいました。
もう安くて激ウマでした。
My daughter and two traveled to Hiroshima for the first time.
I wanted to eat a real okonomiyaki and I was taken to a taxi driver Sasaki.
It was cheap and hard.

良かったのが、追加ｿｰｽ不要で美味しかった事！！麺にもちゃんと味が付いています☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何件か広島のお好み焼きを食べに行きましたがここが一番です。材料も作り方もどこも同じ様なのに何故こんなに美味しいんだろう。
県外に住む家族にも食べてもらいたくて連れていったら大変喜んでいました。マヨネーズも購入したいくらい美味しいです。
小麦粉のお好み焼きで育ち、どちらかと言うとお好み焼きキライだったのが、今ではここのお好み焼きが一番好きな外食です(*´ω｀*)
I went to eat some Hiroshima okonomiyaki, but this is the best. The ingredients and the method of making are the same, but why is it so delicious?
I was very pleased if I took my family who lived outside the prefecture to eat. Mayonnaise is so delicious that I want to buy it.
I grew up with okonomiyaki made from wheat flour, and I used to like okonomiyaki, but now my favorite restaurant is okonomiyaki (* ´ω ｀ *).

長期出張先の福岡から土日を使って、帰広。
またしばらく広島には帰ってこれないから、お好み焼きは食べておこう‼️
そんな訳で、やって来たのが安定の「お好み焼きSasaki」。
すると先客にお好み焼き大好き大学教授の細井先生が鉄板の前に座ってました。
細井先生も中々、お目が高い。
大将に色々とききながら、食べてました。
そして、我が妻の方は、食べ終わった後今日も➰
「なんでこんなに食べやすいおこお好み焼きなんだろう？」っと不思議がってましたとさ。
ホント、普通に美味しいお店です。

緊急事態宣言がままたまたまた発動。
小さなお店が休業してたりする中、「やってるか？お願い。」とドキドキしながらの初訪問。(近所なのにすみません)
よ～く歩いてる道なのに、全く気付いてなかったこちらのお店。
スマホをいじってる時に、ふと目に入った口コミの内容が「タクシーの運転手さんに美味しい店へ行って下さいと伝えたら、ここに来ました」
タクシーの運転手のオススメにハズレなし‼️でしょ。
だから、やってきました。
はい。緊急事態宣言下でも営業中です。
妻はシンプルに肉玉そば。
私は肉玉そばのキムチソース。
ゆで麺をソースとキムチソースをかけてほぐし、野菜(キャベツ)が蒸されるまで、じっくりウェイトして、合体。
どこをとっても、広島のお好み焼きの進行。
さてお味は➰
「ザ・お好み焼き」です。
シンプルなのに、美味しい。
丁寧に焼いてたから？
それ以外は特段変わったことはしてないのに、美味しい。
昔からよーく食べてた味です。
まだこんないい店あったんだー。

I haven't returned to Hiroshima for a while, so let's eat okonomiyaki! ️
That's why the stable "Okonomiyaki Sasaki" came.
Then, Professor Hosoi, a university professor who loves okonomiyaki, sat in front of the iron plate.

I ate while being struck by the general.

I was wondering, "Why is this okonomiyaki so easy to eat?"
Really, it's a delicious restaurant.

The state of emergency was declared and it was activated again.
While a small shop is closed, my first visit with excitement, "Are you doing it? Please." (I'm sorry for being in the neighborhood)
This shop I didn't notice at all even though it was a walking road.
When I was playing with my smartphone, the word of mouth that I suddenly saw was "I came here when I told the taxi driver to go to a delicious restaurant."
No loss recommended by taxi drivers! ️ Right.
That's why I came.
Yes. It is open even under a state of emergency.
My wife is simply meat ball soba.
I have kimchi sauce near meat balls.
Sprinkle the boiled noodles with sauce and kimchi sauce, loosen them, and slowly weight them until the vegetables (cabbage) are steamed.

It's simple but delicious.

Other than that, it's delicious though it hasn't changed in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're staying in a lovely Airbnb around the corner and found this place by accident on Maps. It's quite small and a bit hidden behind the Family Mart. A place for locals. Don't expect a lot of service, but the okonomiyaki's were great. We had both udon and soba. Plus we had squid and shrimp added. And it was cheap :-)
