★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレ排水時の問題(水流が弱い)の説明を聞いてすぐに担当者が屋外にある最終枡の不具合(詰まり)を予測。その後、枡とそれに連なる排水管の高圧洗浄を実施して問題解決を行ってくれました。作業の説明が分かりやすく、また費用の見積もりも迅速・明快で良かったです。定期的に自身で出来る枡の状況確認と簡単な洗浄方法なども教えてもらいました。作業全般を安心して任せることができたと思います。
 Immediately after hearing the explanation of the problem (weak water flow) when draining the toilet, the person in charge predicts the defect (clogging) of the final basin outdoors. After that, he solved the problem by performing high-pressure cleaning of the Masu and the drainage pipe connected to it. It was good that the explanation of the work was easy to understand and the cost estimate was quick and clear. I was also taught how to check the condition of the Masu and how to clean it easily. I think I was able to entrust the work in general with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浴槽の栓の修理をお願いしました。結局TOTOの方で直さないといけないタイプのもので、ここまでだと料金は発生しないのですが、嫌な顔せず丁寧に説明してくださいました。
ついでに…と、排水管の点検をしてくださって、築８年そろそろ気になっていたこともあり、滞留している部分もあったので、管清掃をお願いしました。
一大事になる前に、今後も点検・メンテナンスをお願いしたいと思います。
