岡	岡野乾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広テレ?のお好み焼き紀行を見て➰ 家から近いじゃんってことで夫婦で初訪。 4人くらいで囲める鉄板があって、その前に2人から3人が座れるテーブルが2つ(だったかな)。よくある町のお好み焼き屋さんって店づくりです。初訪なので、オーダーはオーソドックスにせめて、「肉玉そば」生地をひろげて、粉(魚粉？)ふって、キャベツにもやし、そこからイカ天、豚肉の順にこんもりと。デフォーで、イカ天が入るのは嬉しい。尾道(しまなみ)育ちとしては、お好み焼きには普通にイカ天が入ってたし、イカ天をパラパラって入れるだけで、味が濃くなって高級な味になるような。(私だけ？) こちらのお好み焼きはひっくり返してから、まったく抑えません。じっくりじっくりキャベツを蒸す焼き方。玉子もふたたまだったし。。。八昌のような焼き方でした。抑えてないのに、薄い仕上がりで崩れにくく、とても食べやすい。味はもちろん、美味しい。うん。まさに飽きずに通えるお好み焼き屋さんでした。 Look at the okonomiyaki travelogue of Hiroshima Telecasting ➰ The couple visited for the first time because it was close to my house. The food was delicious and extremely well priced. We had a seafood okonomiyaki and a pork soba and drinks. We walked away very happy. Would recommend anyone to eat here. You won’t be disappointed
