王道のサッポロラーメン、最近ではあまり見かけなくなりました。
味噌ラーメンにバターをトッピング。
サッポロラーメンには☝️でしょう。
勿論ニンニクも入れちゃいました。
各テーブルに辛味噌も備えてあり、途中味変もできます。
大変美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺が適度に太く、ニンニクが効いた美味しい塩ラーメンでした！街道沿いにありますが、気をつけて無いと見過ごしてしまいます
店舗は古民家の柱、梁を再利用していると思います 太く畝った梁が印象的でした また、コロナ禍の影響で4人掛けのテーブルが中央で区分され2人掛けのテーブルが8台、一人掛けカウンターテーブルが8台、4人掛けのテーブルが一台、座敷に6人掛けの座卓が2台と結構なキャパですが、開店している時間が短く昼間だけらしいです（11時〜14時まで）
今日は土曜で11時7分に入店しましたが、駐車場は一杯、店内も満席！着座できたのは11時24分！そこから更に、カレーラーメンが出来たのは11時37分 昼時の混雑時は避けた方が良さそうです 回転が悪いのは、スタッフが？少ない？からか？ 片付けと、案内が追いつかず？立って待ってる客もいれば、空いている席もある
30分待って、800円の対価は、期待していた味ではありませんでした

I entered the store today at 11:07 on Saturday, but the parking lot is full and the store is full! I was able to sit down at 11:24! From there, the curry ramen was made at 11:37. It seems better to avoid it when it is crowded at noon. The staff is the one who has a bad rotation? few? Is it teasing? Can't clean up and guide you? Some customers are standing and waiting, while others are vacant.
Waiting for 30 minutes, the price of 800 yen was not the taste I expected

入店すると目の前に券売機がありますので、ご自身のベストチョイスをポチッとな～して下さいませ?
ニンニクはテーブルにありません。受け取りカウンター並びにあります。
卓ごとにある、辛味噌お薦めです。
健康診断で問題ない方&自己管理がまぁまぁ上手くいってるなぁ～という貴方！

具材は色々トッピングだ選べますが、そのままでも無料のニンニクを増やしたり、辛味噌を入れたりと味を変えられます。塩も有りますが、殆どの方が味噌を、頼んでいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日１１時３０分駐車場はほぼ満車！入ってすぐの券売機で(カレーラーメン)購入、食券をスタッフに渡し着席。ぶつが仕上がると品名、食券番号を呼ばれるので、カウンターに取りに行く。食後は食器をカウンター左側ワゴンに持って行く。水は各々テーブルに有る。
カレーラーメンは薄味スープのイメージで野菜がたっぷり！茶色い壺に唐辛子味噌が入ってるので、スプーン１杯入れると絶妙な味に！麺は四角い太麺、どっかで食べたような?浪江焼きそばの麺に酷似、モッチリ旨い！席はカウンター、テーブル、座敷あり。時間により予約ボードが活躍するよう。
