ピ	ピンポンゴシ氏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の１９時頃伺いました。人気店らしく、何人か並んでいましたが、回転率が良いようで待ち時間は10分位でした。ワンタン麺(塩)と焼き餃子6個×2を頂きました。スープがとても美味しくて、綺麗に透き通って雑味もなく、塩味と出汁の旨味が絶妙です。麺は中細の少し縮れ系で、小麦がキチンと感じられて、カンスイ特有のアンモニア臭もなく、スープとの相性が抜群です。ただ、少しのびやすい印象です。ワンタンはツルッとして舌触りも良く、餡も丁度良い量でバランスがとれています。餃子は、焼き目はカリッとしながらモチモチの食感で、少し大きめな事もあり、食べ応え十分です。餡は野菜多めですが、ニンニクが結構効いているので、パンチがありビールと良く合います。店内はそれほど広くはありませんが、消毒液、アクリル板完備で、感染症対策もしっかりされているので、安心してお食事出来ます。 I visited around 19:00 on Saturday.
