世界のさぬき亭製麺所・・・・壮大なスケールの屋号である。 全体的にリーズナブルなお値段で、ミニうどんの付きの定食もラインナップ。 要所要所に外国語の表記もあり、インバウンド需要も視野に営業展開していることがうかがえる。 場所は亀岡駅のすぐそば。 うどん屋さんだけど、すぐそば。 はじめての訪問で評価するのは早いし、まだ一品しか食べてないので引き続き試食は必要だと思う。 それだけ評価しづらい味。 確かに手打ち感満載の麺はコシが有るように感じたが、冷やうどんを食べたので温かい麺を食べるまでは信じてはいけない。 残念なのは天ぷら たまたまかも知れないし、好みも有るので一概には言えないが、サツマイモの天ぷらがパサパサ。きっと干からびた芋使ったな・・って思っちゃいました。

Unfortunately the tempura It's possible that it may happen, and I have a preference for it, so I can't say it unconditionally, but the tempura of sweet potatoes is dry. I'm sure I thought I used dried potatoes.

注文してから麺を茹でるので(繁忙時は別かも)饂飩が美味い! 手切りなのか饂飩の太さにバラツキが非常に大きいのがマイナスポイント…
After ordering, boil the noodles (maybe different during busy times) and the udon is delicious! It is a minus point that the thickness of the udon is very large because it is hand-cut.

駅のすぐそばで場所もいいし、テレビからは大体野球中継が流れてる。雰囲気的に気楽に入れて、落ち着いて食事できる。うどんも天ぷらもとても美味しいし、いつ行っても満足できる。
The location is good by the side of the station, and a baseball live broadcasts from TV. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can eat calmly. Both udon and tempura are very delicious and I can be satisfied anytime.

高松の超有名店で修行したという事に期待しましたが、麺は良くてもダシが甘く関西風。イリコ出汁のすっきりとした旨さを期待してはいけません。地元の人がお客様の中心でしょうから仕方ないですね。 コスパが良く駅前なので地元の人で賑わっていました。
I expected that I trained at a very famous restaurant in Takamatsu, but the noodles are good but the dashi is sweet and Kansai style. Don't expect the clean taste of Iriko soup stock. It can't be helped because the locals are the center of our customers. The cospa was good in front of the station, so it was crowded with locals.

Authentic and delicious! So close to the train station. Perfect lunch before we were picked up for our stay at the suisen.

I had an udon-making experience at this shop and had a blast making my own lunch! A small group of friends and I got to make the dough, cut it into noodles, and then eat our creations in the small but comfortable udon shop. The owners were very friendly and eager to have us learn the craft. Even though there wasn't much English available, the owners had step by step instructions using pictures and with some enthusiastic gestures, we enjoyed this rare experience. This is definitely a great way to see how a local restaurant creates its signature dish that is also a traditional Japanese food. Overall the experience lasted just about two hours and I think it is absolutely worth every minute.

Experienced making our own Udon noodles here and it was a fun experience! The fact that the restaurant is literally a stone's throw away from kameoka station makes this experience that much more attractive. Highly recommend this as an activity for anyone who visits the city to go on the hozugawa river boat ride. Of course you get to eat your own handmade noodles too :)
