水曜日は替え玉がお得♪
本日は、ラーメンに替え玉✕３
豚骨ラーメンの基本は、替え玉でスープが薄まったら···辛子高菜で塩気と辛味を補っていくものと私は思っているのですが、ここはラーメンタレ(かえし)も補充出来ます！
ラーメンの内容は···臭みのないあっさり豚骨で少し塩気の強いスープに香りの良いマー油が掛かっているスタイル
知らないうちに替え玉が100円→150円になっていたので、水曜日の替え玉50円はとても有り難い存在です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明太子ごはんセットを注文しました。ラーメンはとんこつスープのストレート麺でした。
このとんこつラーメンは特に斬新なものではなく、最近のラーメン屋さんで普通に味わえると思います。ただ、この近辺ではあまりお店が無いので、珍しいのかもしれません。
ラーメンとしては普通に感じましたので星⭐️３にしました。
横の明太子ごはんですが、明太子が辛いのは当たり前なのですが、より辛く感じた明太子でした。
平日・ランチでしたが、満席に近いくらい入っていました。
駐車場はあります。
I ordered Mentaiko rice set. Ramen was Tonkotsu soup straight noodles.
This tonkotsu ramen is not particularly novel, and you can taste it normally at a recent ramen shop. However, there are not many shops around here, so it may be unusual.
I felt it as a normal ramen, so I made it a star.
It is a side of the mentaiko rice, but it is natural that the mentaiko is spicy, but it was mentaiko that felt more painful.
It was weekday and lunch, but it was almost full.
There is a parking lot.

ギラギラお好みの方には物足りないかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺ったのが20年ほど前かな？その時の味、雰囲気を奥様が守りつつ娘さんと営業されてます。少し甘めの豚骨がクセになります。山東IC降りてすぐなのでアクセス環境もいいです。本当に美味しいので是非行ってみて下さい‼️。長谷川穂積の世界タイトル戦のポスターもツボです。

女性ばかりの店員になってましたが、対応もよく美味しかったです。
また田舎に帰る時に寄ろうと思いました。

待たされることもしばしあり。
味はおいしいですが、博多ラーメン(ガッツリ豚骨という)より長崎チャンポンに近い味。
座敷2テーブルとカウンター。
店内喫煙できるので、タバコが嫌いな人や子供連れには向かないです。
