★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分しか客がいなかったので、接客していただきました。カギのかかった棚から一つ一つ商品を出してもらうのですが、自由に自分で選べないのが時代錯誤もほどがある。ミラノやフィレンツェの本店に行ったってこんな閉鎖的な店舗はありません。ロンドン、パリも行ったけどどこも定員も気取ってないし気さくに話してくれますよ。商品が前に出してあるし自由に自分で選べる。なんで日本だけこうなったの？日本の外資の発注先担当者のただの悪趣味でこの販売スタイルは創設者の意図はくみ取ってない。外資の店舗で高いお金だして買うなら、並行輸入で買うわ。

気持ち悪かった。背が低いメガネでお団子の男性？
勘違いしてるのか知らないけど、雇われのスタッフなのに馬鹿にしてるのがお客に丸わかり。最低限の接客もできないならバックヤードにでもいたらいいのに、、
香りを試したかっただけなのにとても不快でした。銀座は良かったのに残念

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの中の細い脇道？から行けるので少し分かりにくいですが、その分、落ち着いた場所にあって、ゆっくり見られます。
棚の中にあるのは銀座店などと一緒ですが、値段表示もあって、少し身近な感じです。
とはいえ、とても雰囲気のある外観なので買わないのに寄るにはちょっと度胸がいるかも。それでも香りを試したい一心でチャレンジすれば、言葉で説明しにくい奥深い香料たちを試せます！
つけた瞬間と、時間がたってからは香りが違うので（お店の方には申し訳ないながらも）一度試して時間をあけて、やはり気になった香りを買ってみるのが良いかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日伺ったら男性店員1名が店内で電話していました。問い合わせかなにかかと思ってしばらく我慢してましたが「タイムカードがなんとか…」 …それって自分の事？ お客さんの事が目に入ってないんだなぁと思って呆れて出ました。新丸ビル界隈でこんな接客感0は初めて…二度と行きません。
When I visited yesterday, one male clerk was calling in the store. I thought it might be an inquiry, but I put up with it for a while, but "I managed to get a time card ..." ... Is that about me? I was surprised to think that I didn't see the customer. This is the first time for me to have such a feeling of customer service in the Shin-Marunouchi Building area ... I will never go there again.
