Unfortunately, the Tokyo Tower only appears in the gap between the buildings, and it is a little far away. The observation balcony can surround the building for a week, and the space is large and open late. This is better than the observation deck on the 5th floor of Marunouchi

The Garden Terrace on the 7th floor of the Shin-Marunouchi Building is an unpredictable observation deck. It is also an outdoor elegant seat next to the restaurant. You can take photos at the observation deck and enjoy Tokyo Station. Because it is a ㄇ-shaped terrace, you can walk to the other side Maru Building and Xingxingtong Trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view over Tokyo station and not much frequented by tourists (yet). You can't bring your own food outside but can take trays from the restaurants. Food is very good up here and can be had for under ¥1000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice outdoor terrace on the 7th floor. There are lots of restaurants inside, and lots of seating outside. Seems like a nice place to hang out with friends and get some food and drinks. It was quite peaceful. If you want to sit and work then make sure you bring a wifi hotspot.
