うな重は国産ウナギを使用しているのでしょうか。 メニューには国産ウナギという言葉は書かれていませんでした。ちょっとウナギに脂がのりすぎていて国産ではないのかな?という印象を受けました。あとタレが少なく味が薄かったのが残念です。 場所もいいし景気もきれいです。駐車場も広いので安心ですね。 ウナギの産地を明記したほうがいいと思います。

二年ぶりの入店。お着物姿のスタッフに高級感感じる。上鰻に茶碗蒸し、お刺身、小鉢のセット。ご飯に程好く染みたタレ、鰻もホロリとした食感。茶碗蒸しがとても美味しい。コロナ対策もバッチリ。稀勢の里の色紙手形なども飾ってあってファンには嬉しいです。

うな重(上)4680円予約して行きました。 お店は国道6号沿いにありすぐに分かりましました。 うなぎは身が厚く焼き色も良く美味しかったです。 御飯とタレは少なめです。 横綱稀勢の里の行きつけの店とネットに出ていたので食べに行きました。

2021.07.22 以前から気になっていた龍ケ崎のチョイ高級店 【うなぎ竹の子重】2850円 予想以上に大変美味しかった。鰻の下にぎっしり竹の子の薄切りが敷き詰められており、それが想像以上に合う。竹の子はうなぎを引き立てる具合の味付けでご飯がすすむ。 うなぎ自身もジューシーふっくらで濃厚。うなぎの味が濃く、良質なものに感じる。また、山椒も香りが華やかで好印象。痺れは少ない方の山椒なので多めにかけても大丈夫なやつ。あとなにげにザーサイみたいな漬物がやたら鰻にあう。 何故か吸い物はぬるかった。カツオがバリッと香る上質な吸い物なだけに残念。飲み終わるぐらいには冷たくなった。 【うなぎ鍋膳】3550円 こちらも面白かった。鰻をねぎ、ごぼう、豆腐、油揚げ、水菜で煮たもの。タレはたぶん昆布の酒みりんベースのチョイ甘め白だし。 よく煮込んだのにうなぎは味を損なわず極上ジューシー。そこに傑作なのが柚子胡椒でめちゃくちゃあう。塩分強めでゆずが鮮烈にきいた良質な柚子胡椒で、それをつけてごぼうといっしょに食べると複雑濃厚の上質なひとくちになる。 【ひつまぶし】3680円 素晴らしかった。上質なうなぎをひつまぶしで食べるのは当然最高なのだが、ほかのひつまぶしにない山椒の佃煮が最高だった。鮮烈な山椒の香りが残っている佃煮は想像の斜め上ぐらいで相性よく、ネギやわさびと合わせると複雑濃厚なあじわい。さらに珍しく海苔が岩のりで、しかもかなり上等。小さい破片でも香りが超濃厚。これがまためちゃくちゃ合う。 また、お茶漬けのだしは目の前のコンロで温めるのでアツアツをかけることができて贅沢。正直最高のひつまぶし。ひつまぶしのさらなる可能性が垣間見えた。てゆうか他の店もみんな山椒の佃煮入れてほしいレベル。 【総評】 さすがにやや高めの料金ながら満足度はばっちり。むしろ手抜かりのない材料を使っているため、高級鰻と思えばむしろ安くも感じる。注文から30~40分ほどかかる本物志向。他の鰻屋は商品開発をさぼりがちな印象だが、こちらではうなぎの寿司や太巻き、ちまきなど色々な食べ方を食べさせてくれる研究具合も好印象。 大変良質な鰻屋さんでした。
