M	Mikki- Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先付から銀鱈の煮付け迄は良かったんだけど同じ醤油ベースの角煮が野菜と共に出てきたのはちょっと残念だったせめて塩味とか、味変してくれてればもう少し食べやすかったのになぁ懐石なので同じ味だと食べるのが辛くなる鱧のお饅頭と、西後のわらび餅は、美味しかった It was good from the tip to the boiled sablefish, but it was a bit disappointing that the same soy sauce-based kakuni came out with the vegetables. I found out by calling because neither of them had a sticker and the key was closed. There are similar reviews before, but they haven't improved.

M	Masashi Kurotani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は以前より気になっていたこちらのお店に伺いました。京都で修行されたという事で、その愛児を期待して…相方はお魚の照り焼き御膳、私は豚の角煮御膳を。それに天ぷらが食べたかったので天ぷらを単品でお願いしました。全般的に味付けが濃くて京料理的な素材の味を活かした薄味を期待していたんですがちょっと残念でした。角煮のタレもかなり甘く、鰤の照り焼きのタレもかなり砂糖が入っているようで甘かった?全般的に出汁の味も今ひとつ、素材の味も生きてなかったですね。天麩羅は旬の素材が入っていて美味しかったですが一度にこれだけの量を出されても折角の美味しさが死んでしまうと思います。天麩羅御膳はちょっと無理があると思うので、出来れば単品でもう少し量を抑えて出来るだけ揚げたてを食べきれるくらいの量にすると良いのではと思いましたね。部屋の構造上、隣の部屋の会話が筒抜けなのもちょっと気になりました。 Today I visited this shop I was curious about before.
