今日は茨城県の蕎麦粉の蕎麦でした

主人はお酒の種類が豊富なのをみて。次は夜来たいなと言っていました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼時間早目に行かないと、人気店なのでお蕎麦の品切れがあります。ギリギリ私達は、間に合い、美味しい手打ち蕎麦食べれました。天ぷらも大満足です。カリッ、サクッとして舞茸も美味しくいただけました。割り箸の袋に丁寧に一つ一つ、一言の言葉書いていただき、素晴らしいサービスだなぁと、感激しました。また、行きたいと思います。

13時30分で午前中閉店ですが12時50分に到着して注文から提供されるまで20分以上掛かりましたが絶品です。
お蕎麦が最初アルデンテなのに段々食べていると丁度良い固さになり美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもは天セイロをいただくのですが、たまには温かい蕎麦と思い、にしん蕎麦を注文しました。
蕎麦は茨城産の常陸秋蕎麦と栃木産の信濃1号が選べましたが、茨城産を選択しました。蕎麦もつゆもにしんもとっても美味しかったです。蕎麦は細目でした。びっくりしたのは蕎麦湯がついてきたこと。ドロッとして美味しくいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那須路にある蕎麦店で、天せいろライトを注文。蕎麦は２種類で本日は常陸秋蕎麦のみとのこと。蕎麦はコシのある食感で、ツルツル喉越しが大変良く良質な蕎麦だと伺える。天ぷらもサクサク感あって大変美味しく頂いた。蕎麦湯もドロリと濃厚。店内はカウンター4席、テーブル2席、小上がり3席?で、木目基調の店内は清潔感溢れ上品な蕎麦を食するに相応しい雰囲気である。
昼時12時にはほぼ満席で人気店のよう。若いスタッフがテキパキとしてて活気のある店だった！また是非訪れたいと思う！
