★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひさびさに21年10月ランチ訪問。値段50円+の1100円、無料ライスは50円+になってた。それでも価格に見合う料理と思います。寒かったので体を温めたくて汁あり坦々麺セット。やはり美味しい。

リーズナブルな価格で、本格中華が、いただけます。特にコースの、パリパリ香港チキンは大好き。麻婆豆腐は花椒と赤唐辛子でかなり辛いですがヒーヒー美味しい。
ランチに、行きました。12:05に行ったら10人待ち、12:20注文、12:30食べ始めました。担々麺セット1050円 さすが四川、シビレ辛さが抜群。ご飯もサービスでつきました。
冷し担々麺、海鮮あんかけ焼そばのセット食べました。美味かった！
十周年記念コース、蝦夷鮑、フカヒレ、伊勢海老、パリパリチキン、北京 ダック、ステーキ、麻婆豆腐、チャーハン、デザートのコースをいただきました。リーズナブルで美味しい！
 Visited for lunch in October 2009. The price was 50 yen + 1100 yen, and the free rice was 50 yen +. Still, I think the food is worth the price. It was cold, so I wanted to warm my body, so I had dandan noodles set with soup. After all it is delicious.

You can enjoy authentic Chinese food at a reasonable price. I especially love the crispy Hong Kong chicken on the course. Mapo tofu is quite spicy with Chinese pepper and red pepper, but it is delicious.
I went to lunch. When I went to 12:05, I waited for 10 people, ordered at 12:20, and started eating at 12:30. Dandan noodle set 1050 yen As expected, Sichuan has excellent sweetbread spiciness. Rice was also served as a service.
I ate a set of chilled dandan noodles and seafood ankake fried noodles. It was delicious!
We had a 10th anniversary course, Ezo abalone, shark fin, spiny lobster, crispy chicken, Peking duck, steak, mapo tofu, fried rice, and dessert. Reasonable and delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所用で九段下へ。中国料理の「三希房」でランチ。卓上の辣油、醤油、酢が、何かの実験室を思い起こさせる（何かは知らない）。
さて、注文したのは「本場成都の汁なしタンタン麺セット」。前菜2品、漬物、スープつき。前菜は干し豆腐と春雨。搾菜とキャベツの漬物に、たっぷりの豆腐と卵のスープ。もはや、満足は約束されたも同然。
汁なし担々麺は、麻と辣とコクがしっかり。低加水の中細麺に、ひき肉、ナッツ、ごま、もやし、青ねぎの食感もよし。上品なのに力強い。
いやー、おいしかった。
食べすぎ回避のため、ライス（＋50円）は遠慮しましたが、本当は小麻婆丼（＋350円）をつけようと目論んでいたのを、グッと我慢したのでした…
Go down Kudanshita as needed. Lunch at the Chinese restaurant "Sankibou". The tabletop chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar are reminiscent of some laboratory (I don't know anything).
By the way, I ordered "Authentic Chengdu Soupless Tantan Noodle Set". Includes 2 appetizers, pickles and soup. Appetizers are dried tofu and vermicelli. Pickled vegetables and cabbage, and plenty of tofu and egg soup. Satisfaction is no longer promised.
The soupless Tantanmen has a solid hemp, pungent and rich flavor. The texture of minced meat, nuts, sesame, bean sprouts, and green onions is also good for medium-thin noodles with low water content. Elegant yet powerful.
No, it was delicious.
I refrained from eating rice (+50 yen) to avoid eating too much, but I really put up with the idea of putting on a mapo tofu bowl (+350 yen) ...

辛さというより痺れが来る、花椒がしっかりと効かせてあり、痺れ、旨味、辛さといった感じ。癖になる旨さだな。
一人利用が多くて綺麗な店内なので女性も多い。
