t	takahiro arai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子を主力とする中華レストラン、天鴻餃子房の水道橋店舗。2Fにある店空中店舗となっています。昼食利用に立ち寄りまして「ねぎ味噌餃子定食」を頂きましたよ。定食はご飯とスープ付き。こちらは一般的な野菜餃子の他、黒豚餃子、ぱりぱり餃子、えびニラ餃子、おろしそ餃子などバリエーションが豊富ですので同じ餃子定食でも餃子を何にするかで選ぶ愉しみがあります。今回は刻み葱と一緒に味噌だれで頂くねぎ味噌餃子にしました。主力メニューですので焼きたての餃子がいい感じに美味しかった。ご飯がすすむなぁ。味噌だれで餃子を食べたの初めてだったのですけど想像したよりも違和感なくマッチしていて新発見でした。こういう頂き方もあるのですね。中華レストランという事で麺メニューやチャーハンなども豊富に揃ってます。おつまみ用の一品料理も多数あるので晩酌利用でもよろしいかと。 A Chinese restaurant with gyoza as its main product, the Suidobashi store in Tenkou Gyoza-bo.
