おかげで3ヶ月で職場復帰することができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 産業医の宮田先生にお世話になりました。初期の電話対応が非常に親切で、かつ診断と投薬も的確であり、病状が徐々に回復していきました。今では、もし佐鳴湖病院に来ていなかったら自分はどうなっていたのだろう、とても危機的な状況だったんだなと、メタ認知できるまで回復できています。感謝の言葉もありません。
I am indebted to Dr. Miyata, an industrial physician. The initial telephone response was very kind, the diagnosis and medication were accurate, and the condition gradually recovered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず初診予約時の電話で詳しくお話を聞いてくれて、すぐに診察していただけました。診察の時間もかなり長く診ていただき、診断の結果や処方も納得の行くものでした。他の精神科や心療内科は予約で一杯ですぐ診て貰えなかったので大変助かりました。病院の外観は古いところはありますが、担当医の宮田先生はとても良い先生でした。これで★３以下はないと思います。

病院の外装がキレイになり、また評価も3.7に上がったので、良かったなと。

初診から4か月たちました。通い始めた当初は元の生活に戻るのは困難を極める状態でしたが、今の時点で9割方戻りました。
諦めなければいけないことを諦めずに済みました。
先生やこの病院のおかげだと思います。

The consultation time was quite long, and I was satisfied with the results of the diagnosis and the prescription. Other psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine departments were full of reservations and I couldn't get a medical examination right away, which was very helpful. The appearance of the hospital is old, but the doctor in charge, Dr. Miyata, was a very good teacher. I don't think there is less than ★ 3 with this.

The exterior of the hospital was clean and the evaluation went up to 3.7, so it was good.

It's been 4 months since my first visit. When I first started going to school, it was extremely difficult to return to my original life, but at this point I have returned 90%.
I didn't give up what I had to give up.
I think it's thanks to the teacher and this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の病院がなかなか予約取れない中、唯一すぐに受診することができました。
その時点で何かがあると気づくべきでした。(一見口コミ評価がよいですが直近のものだけ見ると微妙ですね…気付きませんでした。)
建物が古くて汚い。
先生が高圧的で、まともに話を聞いていないのか結果として何度も同じ説明をしなくてはいけない。
相性の問題で片付けてよいのか、疑問です。
何でもいいから薬がほしい、診断書がほしいみたいな方以外にはおすすめできません。

The building is old and dirty.
As a result, I have to give the same explanation over and over again whether the teacher is overwhelming and not listening properly.
I'm wondering if it's okay to get rid of it because of compatibility issues.
It is not recommended for anyone other than those who want medicine or a medical certificate because it doesn't matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方もおっしゃる通り、先生は話を一切聞かず勝手な思い込みで一方的に話して本人がADHDや認知症なのではないかと疑うほどです。星も付けたくないと言う気持ちがよく分かります。プライバシーもありません。
As other people have said, the teacher does not listen to the story at all and talks unilaterally with a selfish belief that he suspects that he has ADHD or dementia. I can understand the feeling that I don't want to add stars. There is no privacy.
