担当医にいつもの薬をお願いしたのに、出し忘れていた 会計時に気づき問い合わせると、担当医に聞き一種類だけ処方箋を出してきた もう一種類も処方するはずだったので、再度問い合わせ、やっともう一種類も処方箋を出してきた が、再会計時に新しい受付番号をくれなかったので、番号で呼び出されても分からず、長時間待ちぼうけ。。。 会計窓口に聞きに行くと、「出来てます」との事 段取りが悪すぎる 後日、担当医のあまりの無責任ぶりに担当変更をお願いしたら、 「替わりに受け持ってくれる先生が居たらOKですが。。。」 「担当が変わっても処方ミスはありますので、ご了承下さい」 人間なので絶対にミスは無いとは言えないだろうが、責任逃れにしか聞こえない また担当医も、新旧どちらもカウンセリングというよりは 世間話程度で、患者の話を聞いてPCに入力していくだけ パニック発作で乗り物が乗れなくなり、どう克服していくか具体的な方法を聞きたかったが、「少しずつ慣れるしかないね」としか答えてくれない 信頼出来ないし、治る気もしません

医師から次回は半年後に受診して下さいと言われて半年後に予約をしているのに、受付では半年間隔が開いてるので初診扱いになると再診なのに初診扱いで料金を請求される。意味不明すぎる。 子供の発達障害の診察ですが半年に1回10分の面談をして、また半年後に来て下さいの繰り返しなのでなにも解決につながらないのが現状です。

医師、看護師以外は最悪。 受付なのか事務なのか、電話に出た女の方の話し方がタメ口的で、テキトーにだらだら話すからめちゃムカついた。 看護師さんとか優しいのに事務員最悪。

診察予約をしようと電話したら、最初に出た人は病院名も名乗らないし「今日外出なんだけどな〜」とか呟いてて間違えてどこかのお宅にかけたのかと思った。 電話代わって出た人に「診察受付は1:30からなのでまた1:30以降にまたかけてください」と言われたけど、病院のホームページを見てもそんな事一言も書いてない。 先生がどうなのかはわからないけど、完全予約制で窓口の対応がこれではそりゃ悪評つくよねって感じ。 そして改めてかけてもコール鳴りっぱなしで全然出ない。

他院から転院してきました。 今の所とてもいい印象です。 とても医師と看護師の数が多いので相性は運かもしれません。 先生方も皆、低姿勢ですれ違うと挨拶してくれます。 私が関わった5人の先生はしっかり目を見て話してくれるし、否定もされませんし、話しやすくとても気さくな先生でした。 しっかりお薬や症状の説明もしてくれるし、患者に選択肢も与えてくれます。 入院病棟の看護師さん方は基本的優しいです。 よく患者のこと看て声掛けも上手いなと思うし良い方も沢山いますよ。 訪問看護にもお世話になっていますが、担当ナースはとても優しく親身になって下さり、頼りにさせていただいてます。 ケースワーカーさんもとても頼りになり、ここの病院に来てから色んな支援と繋がることができ、今の生活が送れています。 この病院の皆様には本当に感謝しています。 私は他の口コミほど悪くはない印象です。 ただ、しばらく通い慣れるまで外来の流れのシステムが難しく分かりにくかったです。
