★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていた銚子屋さんにやっと訪店、自分的には野菜らーめんがあれば先ずは野菜らーめんをオーダーしますが、野菜の炒め感が好み！美味しく完食です。
 I finally visited Choshiya who was interested and if I had vegetables ramen, I ordered vegetables ramen first, but I like the stir-frying feel of vegetables! It is tasty and complete.

麺もさることながら、チャーシューの出来がすごい。
思わず微笑んでしまうレベル。
ごちそうさまでした

特製チャーシュー麺をいただきました。
若干のぬるさは感じましたが、優しいスープで中細ちぢれ麺に良く合います。
特徴としてはチャーシューがトロトロ系で、箸で持ち上げる程度でバラバラになるレベルでした。
美味しく頂きましたが、私の好みはキツく縛った堅めのチャーシューなので、好みは別れます。
店内は清潔でPayPay払いが可能なので便利です。

I got a special char siu noodle.
I felt a little lukewarm, but the gentle soup goes well with medium-sized thin noodles.
Characteristically, the char siu is a toro-tro type, and it was a level that could be disassembled by lifting it with chopsticks.
It tasted good, but my preference is that it's a tight, tightly-packed char siu, so it's different.
It is convenient because the inside of the store is clean and you can pay by PayPay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バス通りにぽつんと立ってるラーメンの幟がかねてから気になっててので言ってみました。
バス通りから一本入ったところにあるので、最初から狙っていかないとまず気づかないでしょう。
店主と奥さんの二人で切り盛りしているようです。
店内は非常に綺麗で、入り口のアルコール消毒や各テーブルとカウンターのアクリルの仕切りも完備。
昨今のコロナ対策は成されているようです。
特性チャーシュー麵と餃子を頂きました。
特筆すべきはチャーシューがトロトロでまるで角煮のようで、非常に旨い。ラーメンはあっさりしょうゆ味。量は若干控えめで、たくさん食べる人はご飯ものとセットにした方が良いかも。
餃子は特に特徴はないけどこれもうまかったです。
惜しむらくは、店主？がマスクでなくマウスガード着用だったところ。
まぁ厨房にいると息苦しいのでしょう（これで☆一つ減）
夜はお酒も出す店のようで、日本酒のバリエーションが結構ありました。

席はテーブルが2つとカウンター7席ほど。
車は4,5台停められます。
味噌ラーメンを頂きましたがひき肉が入っていますので、食べやすいように穴あきレンゲが欲しかったかも。
だいぶ昔に来たときは付いてた気がするので言えばあるのかもしれない。
チャーシューはホロホロで酒の肴になりそうな味付けで美味しいです。
