フ	フリーダム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月4日追記本日訪問したら営業時間が11時からに変更、聴いてみたら直ぐには11時にならないから幟が出てたら10時30からやってますが近いうちに11時になる予定との事、看板も時間の所貼って11時になってました、終わりの時間は2時は変わらず、 2022年1月21日再オープン、券売機は外になり店内も半分の狭さになり再オープン、でも味は変わってない(^_^)石巻ナンバーワンの味、営業時間もAM10:30からPM2までと変更、値段も50円ずつアップこんな世の中だからしゃあない Added on March 4, 2022 When I visited today, the business hours changed from 11:00, and when I listened to it, it wasn't immediately 11 o'clock, so if the signboard came out, I'd be doing it from 10:30, but it's scheduled to be 11 o'clock soon. I had Shio ramen and mackerel dashi ramen. Both of them are soups such as mackerel. I like the scent of fish and shellfish because it has a little peculiarity. It smells, but the soup is delicious. The middle of the char siu is like pork. It's crowded, but it's unexpectedly fast because it's fast until the ramen comes out. Cars come in one after another at noon. The impression of a hygienic shop!

I give 5 Stars in advance, because I know If the food is any reflection of the very sweet owners, then I have much to look forward to upon my return and trying some of their dishes. W	William T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramen Zenya is an amazing Michelin Guide-rated shop. I’ll admit my first impression was not very good, seeing the large menu and a long wait. They advertise locally-sourced and produced noodles and in-house made broths, so I gave it a try. I was curious to try their take with Saba Ramen for only 800￥ for a large size. I took a sip and I was transported to ramen broth heaven, imagining fishermen and their fresh saba (mackerel) haul pouring them into a hilariously large pot, then straight into my mouth. The taste was so unexpectedly flavorful with the unique smokey, rich taste of saba in every sip. What I did expect was the broth to be slightly greasy, given the high oil and fat content in saba. The chashu was exceptionally soft, making me wish I had a side order of extra chashu. The noodles were thin, nice, and firm, tying the whole ramen together. Wow.
