石巻泊の時は利用してましたが、料理人？オーナー？が変わったのかな。
ホヤの味が苦い&臭いそして切り方も変だった。
刺身はベチャっとし鮮度も良くない。
昔の味に戻って欲しい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらくぶりに訪問しましたが、あまりの変貌にがっかりしてしまいました。
店内の雰囲気がどんよりしており、注文を取ってくれるお姉さんたちもほぼ無表情です。
私とは別のお客さんは注文したお酒がなかなか届かず、忘れられていた模様です。そのお客さんの指摘であわててお酒を持ってきましたが、今度はお猪口を持ってこず、また催促されている始末です。見ていてそのお客さんがかわいそうになってしまった。
なんでこうなってしまったのでしょうか。
お店の造り、たたずまいなど、庶民的で愛すべきお店だったのですが・・・。
復活に期待です。

Why did this happen?
It was a popular and lovable shop, such as the structure and appearance of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刺身盛りは鯛ばかりでマグロとかなく、貧相。サーモンに至っては傷んでました。焼鳥は最悪。そこらのスーパーより不味かった。これで石巻2位とは情けない限り。
Assorted sashimi is only sea bream, not tuna, and poor. The salmon was damaged. Yakitori is the worst. It tasted better than the supermarkets there. Unless this is the second place in Ishinomaki.
