★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでトラフグ唐揚げ丼を食べました。甘酢のタレで、海苔、サニーレタス、パプリカが御飯に散らしてありました。フグの皮の唐揚げがモチモチしていて美味しかったです。

大宮の駅から近いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひれ酒のつまみにふぐ刺し、本当に最高の時間を過ごせます。個室はありませんが、感染予防対策はとてもしっかりとしている感じがします。値段設定もコース料金が安く設定されていますが、コース内容はとても充実しています。〆の雑炊をプロ直伝のマニュアルを見ながら、その通りつくることができて、簡単においしく食べられます。
料理を普段しない私でも、おもてなしができる最高のお店です。

今回は4000円の春スペシャルコース試しみました。安かったけど量がやっぱり少ないよね！さすがにお試しコースですね！
お祝い用ケーキの持ち込みを許してくれたことはとても助かりました。

コースも良いですが単品でちびちび飲むのもオススメですよ！
今回は冷酒を頼みましたがひれ酒をよく頼みます。
最初はてっさとお通しの皮の湯引きを頂き、そしてぶつ刺しで最初の一杯。
ほわほわの白子焼きとからりと揚がった唐揚げで二杯目が空きます。
そこからてっちりと三杯目を注文します。
骨身を煮込み皮や身をしゃぶしゃぶで頂き、野菜を頂きながら追加で鍋皮としゃぶ身を注文し最後は骨の周りの肉にいきます。
これでちょうど三杯。
そこで雑炊を注文。
今は口頭で説明されてセルフになってしまいましたが、コロナ前は作ってくれました。
〆にあったか〜い雑炊を頂き店を後にしました。
