★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10連休の時に墨田区在住の娘と孫があそびに来ましたが、孫が風邪で咳がひどくなったのです。ここが開いていて本当に助かりました、でも休日診療なのでお薬が2日分しか出ないのです。10連休も考慮していただくと有り難いと思いましたが、仕方ありません。結局2日後も受診しました。この時は10連休を考慮してくれたので5日分薬が頂けて良かったです。

インフルエンザの検査を申し出、渋々やってみたらインフルエンザではなかったが、その結果、「それなら寝てなさい」とのことで、何の薬も出されずに帰らされた。
同日の夕刻、高熱に見舞われた。
寝るしかない。
こちらからリクエストしないと、ろくに診断もしないのか。

子どもが高熱を出してインフルエンザの疑いが有ったので連れて行ったが、ここの医者が絶対にインフルエンザではないと検査をしてもくれなかった。
しかしその２日後にまだ熱が下がらなかったので他の病院に連れて行ったところ、やはりインフルエンザだった。
しかもインフルエンザの反応が薄くなってきていて、明らかに治りかけだった。 そのせいでインフルエンザの薬も効かない状態にまでなっていた。
最悪の経験でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が風邪で夜も鼻水が酷くあまり寝れず、食欲もなく、咳もあったので行きましたが熱がないなら帰れくらいの勢いでした。薬飲んでも大して変わらないと言われ、甘くて美味しいと思うくらいじゃないですか？と言われました。びっくりです。
インフルが流行ってるからこの程度で来たらインフル貰うだけですよと言われましたが、ではどの程度になれば受診可能なのでしょうか？
インフル、高熱、感染系のみしか受診させたくないのであれば受付の時点で説明すれば良いのでは？熱も先に測っているのだし、待つ必要もないかと思います。
それが出来ない理由があるのであれば、もう少し対応を良くしてもらいたいです。
