日曜日だったので非常にありがたかったです。
Other holiday emergency clinics had a lot of word-of-mouth, and we had a consultation here with the best word of mouth nearby, but we were relieved because they were very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元旦早々お世話になりました。それほど待つこともなく丁寧に診察していただけました。ただ診察後のお薬待ちがとても長いです。待ち中に気分が悪くなる方もいました。ここだけ改善いただければと思います。

担当してくれた先生はとてもいいドクターでした。心から感謝してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の体調不良でどうしても休日に必要だったので、3回利用しました。当番制でしょうがないかもしれませんが、毎回わざわざ来なくてよかったのかもと思う対応。深刻な状況なのでなければ、来なくていいでしょ、というような態度。最悪の対応でした。そして、診断も素人の私でもおかしいな、と思う診断だったので、かかりつけに電話診療してもらったらやはり診断が間違えてました。あまり悪いこと言いたくないですし、休日診療やっている所がないのでなくなったら困りますが、普通のお医者様に診ていただきたいです。問題がある方の勤務はやめて頂きたいです。こちらは子供の事が心配で、必要なので病院に行っています。きちんと診てくれない医者はいてもらうと困ります。

An attitude that you don't have to come unless you are in a serious situation. It was the worst response. Also, I thought that the diagnosis was strange even for me as an amateur, so when I had my family call me, I made a mistake. I don't want to say too bad things, and I'm in trouble if I don't have a place to do medical treatment on holidays, but I would like to see an ordinary doctor. I would like people with problems to stop working. I'm worried about my child and I need it so I go to the hospital. It would be a problem if there is a doctor who does not see you properly.
