★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦はコシがありツユもダシがよくきいててとても美味しい。さつまいもの天ぷらがさくさく&ねっとりでデザートのような美味しさ。
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気でとても良い。
席数が少ないのでご飯時は結構並ぶ。
The buckwheat noodles are firm and the soup is very tasty and very delicious. The tempura of sweet potatoes is crispy and moist and delicious like a dessert.
The inside of the store is very calm and very good.
The number of seats is small, so it's quite lined up for rice.

味道的话个人对荞麦面没什么感觉,所以觉得味道和一般店差不多。

やや太めの手打ちそばは、そばの風味が口の中を支配。のどごし、そばつゆの塩梅もよし。美味だ...
天ぷらは、海老、鱚(きす)、茄子、ししとう、さつまいも。どれもおいしいけど、特に肉厚でふっくらとした鱚が秀逸。抹茶塩と天つゆの両方で楽しめるのもいいですね。
量も充分。かな〜り満足でした。

全体的に価格は高めですが
お蕎麦はしっかりしているし、110円+で10割蕎麦に変更もできます
天ぷらは全体的には普通やそうでもないものがありますが
こちらではサツマイモがおススメです
芋の蜜を感じられる天ぷらで、とっても美味しいです!

とある週末のお昼に、いつものように美味しい蕎麦屋酒を求めてふらっとお邪魔させていただく。まずはサッポロラガー(蕎麦屋酒にはやっぱ赤星が酔い)で喉を潤しつつ、びっしりと埋められたどれも魅力的な蕎麦前の一品メニューから、まずはいつもの定番で板わさと焼きみそをお願いする。品の良い蕎麦の焦げの香ばしさと、蕎麦の実のカリッとした歯応えに、思わずビール瓶も一気に空き、日本酒を一杯。酒のアテも追加でぷりっぷりで芳醇な旨味が堪らない牡蠣の酒蒸しと、〆鯖をもらう。いずれも丁寧でいて優しく大変に美味。日本酒の杯も重ね、酔い具合になってきたところで、最後に鴨汁せいろをお願いする。丁寧に打たれた綺麗なお蕎麦に、ジューシーな鴨肉から濃厚な出汁がしっかりと出たツユがよく絡み美味い。卵黄がつくのも珍しい。後半にツユの中で少し割ってみると、マイルドになるとともに更に蕎麦への絡みが良くなり一気に手繰り〆る。店内は活気があり、和気藹々と常連さんにも愛されている素敵なお蕎麦屋さんとの出会いに、本日もお昼間より大変に上機嫌。

First of all, while moisturizing your throat with Sapporo Lager (Akaboshi is drunk with soba shop sake), from the all-attractive soba-pre-soba menu that is packed tightly, first of all, please ask for itawa and grilled miso with the usual standard .. The fragrance of the burnt buckwheat and the crispy texture of the buckwheat berries made the beer bottle empty at once, and a glass of sake. We also have an additional liquor steamed oyster that is plentiful and has a mellow flavor, and we get mackerel. All are polite, gentle and very delicious. When I'm getting drunk with many cups of sake, I'd like to have a duck soup steamer at the end. The beautiful soba noodles are carefully beaten, and the tuyu, which is made from juicy duck meat and has a rich soup stock, is often entwined and delicious. It is rare to get egg yolk. If you break it a little in the tuyu in the second half, it will become milder and the entanglement with the soba will become better, and you will be able to do it all at once. The inside of the shop is lively, and I was in a good mood today from daytime to meet a wonderful soba restaurant that is loved by regulars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京練馬区桜台、東京メトロ氷川台駅のそば「蕎庵 あおい」。北海道産の蕎麦粉にこだわる手打ち蕎麦の店。JA摩周湖ののぼりも立っていた。今日は天丼セット、まぐろ漬け丼セットを頂きました。とても美味しい蕎麦でした(^O^)
"Soba-an Aoi" near Sakuradai, Tokyo Nerima-ku, Tokyo Metro Hikawadai Station. A handmade buckwheat shop that sticks to buckwheat flour from Hokkaido. The climber of JA Mashu Lake was also standing. Today I had a tendon bowl set and a tuna pickled bowl set. It was a very delicious soba (^ O ^)

裏・司牡丹や辻善兵衛などとともにいただいたのは、からみ鰤、下仁田ねぎの揚げ出し、生桜えびかきあげ、蕎麦屋のやきとり、玉子焼き、鴨焼き、そばチップと白味噌クリームチーズ、しじみ酒蒸し。
頼みすぎなのは分かっているけどつい追加注文してしまう美味しさで、久しぶりの日本酒も進みます。
もちろんシメはせいろで。
美味しいのにお値段はかなり抑えめで、かなりシアワセな気分。

北海道弟子屈産の石臼で挽いた蕎麦は、更科とも田舎とも違うオリジナリティある味わい。
風味豊かなうえにコシもしっかりしていて、純粋に美味しいと感じます。
冬の天ぷらは北海道産鱈の白子・三陸産牡蠣・舞茸・茄子・さつまいも・人参の豪華ラインナップ。
揚げることで旨味が凝縮した白子や牡蠣は、最高な美味しさ。
さつまいもに至っては、もはやスイーツ感覚の甘さです。
かなり満足度の高いランチでした!

Soba ground with a stone mill from Teshikaga, Hokkaido has an original taste that is different from that of Sarashina and the countryside.
It has a rich flavor and is firm, and I feel it is purely delicious.
Winter tempura is a luxurious lineup of Hokkaido cod milt, Sanriku oysters, maitake mushrooms, eggplants, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
Shirako and oysters, whose flavor is condensed by frying, are the best.
When it comes to sweet potatoes, it's already sweet like sweets.
It was a very satisfying lunch!
