★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに店内は新しいとは言えませんが、蕎麦屋のラーメンが好きな人にはおすすめです。
大人の週末にも載ったという、カツ丼も気になりました。
 It's certainly not new, but it's recommended for people who like soba noodles.
I was also worried about the katsudon, which was mentioned on the weekends for adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京メトロ有楽町・副都心線の氷川台駅から少し離れた所にある蕎麦屋。メニューにラーメンがあったので五目中華そば800円を頂きました。ラーメンは塩ラーメンで美味しかった。具は麩とか卵焼きとか中華ではない和風の五目でこれもなかなか良し。しかし具の一つ一つは良いのだけど、玉子焼きが甘くてスープの味が分からなくなってしまった。玉子焼きは最後に食べるのが良いと思う。
A soba restaurant located a little away from Hikawadai Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho / Fukutoshin Line. There was ramen on the menu, so I got 800 yen for Gomoku Chinese soba. The ramen was salt ramen and it was delicious. The ingredients are fu, omelet, and Japanese-style five-eyed food that is not Chinese, which is also quite good. However, although each of the ingredients is good, the omelet was so sweet that I couldn't understand the taste of the soup. I think it's best to eat tamagoyaki last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 世代交代してから色々とグレードが下がった感があからさまに出て残念(やる気、サービス、味、コスパ)。一番酷かったのはカツ丼頼んで米が見えてる(米7:3おかず)だったのはコンビニやスーパーのがコスパ○過ぎ。愛着無ければ他で良いと思う。
It's a pity that the grades have dropped in various ways since the generations changed (motivation, service, taste, cost performance). The worst thing was that I asked for katsudon and could see the rice (7: 3 side dish of rice) at convenience stores and supermarkets. If you don't have an attachment, I think it's okay to do something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出前がとんでもなく早いです。10分くらいで来るので移動時間差し引いたら作る時間どうなってるのか不思議。
味は普通に美味しいです。
Delivery is ridiculously fast. It takes about 10 minutes, so I wonder what the time will be if you deduct the travel time.
The taste is usually delicious.

I had a lunch set, the katsudon was a little too strong and the soba wasn't very flavorful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やしスタミナうどんを食べました。
麺1本の長さが50センチ以上あり、麺つゆにうどんを入れようにも最初の30センチつゆに入れたら、いったん箸を麺から離して残り20センチをつかんで麺に入れる、2本入れたら麺つゆの器はいっぱい、という状態。
麺皿とつゆの器に麺がまたがってる状態で一旦箸を麺から離さないといけないから、お盆に麺がついちゃうのでは、と落ち着かない状態。もっと麺を短くしてほしいです。
自分の好みとしては、もっと麺にコシがある方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のお蕎麦屋さんに、ラーメン?のメニューもいくつかあり、チャーシュー麺をいただきました。手打ち麺は細めの縮れ麺で、こしもあり私好みでした。スープはどこか懐かしい味で、昔ながらの中華そば…って感じでした。お店のおばちゃんが、とても良い感じで、また違うメニュー食べに行きたいです。
An ordinary soba restaurant also had some ramen ? menus, and I had char siu noodles. The handmade noodles are thin, curly noodles, and I liked them because they were chewy. The soup had a nostalgic taste, and it was like old-fashioned Chinese noodles. The aunt at the restaurant feels very good and wants to go eat a different menu.

店自慢というチャーシューは確かに、厚みはあるのに硬くなく、スープとよくマッチしています。美味しかったです。スープは、醤油ベース。私には少し塩ょっぱかったです。
麺は、気持ち太めの縮れ麺。量は多めです。
