天ざる注文、つけ汁が出なかったので要求したら、「塩で食べろ」と!この店は特別なのかと思い、天ぷらも蕎麦も塩で食べ始め、食べ終わる頃につけ汁を出し忘れていたことに気づき謝ってきた。単に女性(奥さん?)の出し忘れ!最初の「塩で食べろ」と謝罪の仕方が不愉快。美味いはずがない。

数人分ずつおそばを打って出すお蕎麦屋さんで、十割そばがあると聞いて初めて行きました。非常にコシがあるお蕎麦はおいしくつゆも濃さがちょうどいいです。そばをしっかり付けてもおいしくいただけます。天ぷらもそばに合います。

最近増えてるらしい押し出し式の麺。 土日限定で十割蕎麦も楽しめる。 麺は太麺(通常)と細麺(指定)が選べる。 押し出し式なので十割でもボソボソにならずのどごしが楽しめる。 店内はカウンターと入り口に有るテーブル席(二人掛)のみ。 蕎麦屋共通とは思うが、昼飲みが出来るのが嬉しい。 新作のお蕎麦も良いけど、あじフライ蕎麦も隠れた逸品。

キス天の蕎麦セットを頼みました。1180円 麺がとても歯応えがあり、天ぷらもすごく美味しかったです。 店主の方1人だったのですが最初寡黙な人かなと思ったら意外と会話が弾んでMLBの話題で盛り上がってしまいました。麺の弾力の秘訣は押出機の金属パーツを自作したこだわりの手法らしく手作業で穴あけをした金属まで見せてもらいました。 若干太麺で弾力のある蕎麦が好きな方なら美味しく感じると思います。 私はこの手の麺が大好きなのでまた来たいと思いました。

桜台駅南口から至近。朝早くから営業、でも何となく飲み屋的なそば屋さんに、あえて子どもとお昼に行ってみました。『食の軍師』という漫画の第7巻に登場したことがある、知る人ぞ知るお店。 数あるメニューの中から、もりそばと小カツ丼のセットを注文。そばは手ごねで、油圧式の押し出し麺。この手のお店だと「手打ちかな」と思っていたので、意表を突かれましたが、味はよし。二八そばですね。断面の丸みは押し出し麺ならでは。 つゆは日本酒かみりんのアルコール感が強め。子どももおいしく食べていたので問題なしですが、ちょっと大人味かな。甘くないキリッとした感じ。 カツ丼は卵ふわふわ系。しっかりと濃いめで美味。マカロニサラダと大根の梅酢漬けつきで、しっかりと満足できる量。そば湯もとろりと濃厚。 やさしいご夫婦に親子ともども癒されて、ごちそうさまでした。
