キ	キリンボーイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺食べました。スープに玉ねぎをもう少し多くしてほしい。濃厚つけ麺を食べましたが濃厚過ぎなくて良い感じです。休日などはお昼から通し営業がありがたい。本日、1月3日の昼過ぎにいきました。近くのラーメン屋は正月休みらしく数店廻りましたが休業中でした。私は塩ラーメン、相方は味噌ラーメンを注文しました。塩ラーメンを食べ始めたら、トッピングのほうれん草？、シナチクがとても冷たくて半分ラーメン食べたらもうスープも冷めていました。私は食べるのは普通の人並みのスピードです。ちなみに味噌ラーメンは最後まで温かく美味しく頂きました。 I ate tsukemen. ʚ	ʚわさびちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂ラーメンは申し訳ないですが、燕三条系と言えないですし、言わないで欲しい。背脂ラーメンでは無く、油ラーメンです。生姜正油の背脂ラーメンは珍しく、以前、某有名店が期間限定で作っていたので思い出して、こちらのはと思い気になり頂いてみました。メニューの背脂ラーメンの写真を見て、パッと見た感じはごくごく普通のありそうな背脂ラーメンに見えます。しかし実際はよくよく見れば油の層が物凄い…！！背脂よりも目立つのはとにかく油の層。食べてもやはり『背脂』の味では無く、『油』の味が強めのラーメンでした。。。なのでラーメン自体の味も全く、風味も旨味も感じられません。油と絡めて食べている様な、、、何となく薄い生姜正油風味？が薄く感じる程度です。コメントにあった様に私もその夜に具合が悪くなりました。。揚げ餃子は美味しそうに見えます。味の方は不味くも美味くも無く中途半端。もう少し具材に味が有れば美味しいと思います。全く味がしないのでタレを強めに付けないと食べるのがキツかったです…。 I'm sorry for the backfat ramen, I can't call it Tsubame-Sanjo, Don't tell me.
