To be honest, there was too much volume. When making thick noodles, we recommend medium or normal serving. I wanted spicy taste from the middle, so it's good to add a teaspoon of doubanjiang on the table to change the taste!
s	sakura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方の営業スタート17時ちょっと過ぎに行きましたが、既に店内はカウターや座敷にファミリーが何人か座ってました。 GOTOイートのチケットを利用出来るので、購入する前に声を掛けて下さい、と書いてあったので声を掛けたらチケット分の現金と引き換えてくれました。味噌ラーメン800円を注文。麺は中太麺でスープと絡んで美味しいですが、スープが凄く濃いです。スープは全然飲まなかったけど、後から喉が乾いて何度も水を飲みました。塩分制限してる人や高血圧の人は注意した方が良いでしょう。唐揚げの販売もしてます。 I went a little after 17:00 when the business started in the evening, but there were already some families sitting in the couters and tatami rooms in the store. S	S satoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の中の背脂ラーメンといえば、ここを想像する。駐車場は店舗裏手に30台分近くある。入り口入って、右手すぐに券売機があるので食券を購入して席に案内して頂く。麺の硬さや味の濃さ、背脂の量なども指定が可能。カウンター席がコの字型に7席、四人がけテーブルが4席、小上がり座敷席が2つ。テーブルには味を濃くしたい人用にラーメンのタレも用意されている。人気なのは背脂ラーメンだが、生姜醤油や味噌ラーメンなどもあり。背脂ラーメンを頂いたが、キリッときいた醤油にデフォルトでも大量に載った背脂のビジュアルがすごい。しょっぱめのスープだが、中太でもコシのある麺の歯ごたえが良い。店員さん方の入店時、退店時のあいさつもしっかりされているので、個人的には細かな部分の教育がしっかりできている良いお店だと感じた。 Speaking of backfat ramen in me, I imagine here. The clerk's greetings when entering and leaving the store are also solid, so I personally felt that it was a good store with well-educated details.
Y	YUN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子連れで伺いました。土曜日11時頃伺いましたが混み合っててギリギリ座敷が空いてて座れてラッキー。私はラーメン、旦那は背脂ラーメン、こどもにとライス注文。ラーメンは富山ブラック？みたいで麺にも染みてるくらいしょっぱめ。背脂ラーメンのスープを一口味見しましたが、私は背脂のほうが好きかな。でもちょっとしょっぱめ。男の人はスキだろうなーって感じでした。ライス100円にチャーシューがついてくるのが1番ビックリでした。笑 I visited with my children. I visited around 11 o'clock on Saturday, but it was so crowded that the tatami room was vacant and I was lucky to sit down. I ordered ramen, my husband was backfat ramen, and I ordered rice for children. Is ramen Toyama black? It's so salty that it's soaked in the noodles. I tasted a bite of backfat ramen soup, but I wonder if I prefer backfat. But a little salty. I felt like a man would love it. I was most surprised that the rice was 100 yen and the char siu came with it. Lol
