ご	ごりぽんた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時開店なので10時55分に到着しましたが6人目でした。食券買って待ちます。中華そば、辛ネギで大盛。待っている間に11時10分には満席です。紙エプロンを装着していざ中華そばとご対面。まずはスープを、そして全てを混ぜてまたスープを。太麺と辛ネギ絡めて豪快にいただきます！エプロンめちゃくちゃシミになってた。途中で柚子胡椒いれてスープ結構飲んでしまった? ごちそうさまでした。駐車場スペースが少ないので上手くやって下さい。(笑) It opened at 11 o'clock, so I arrived at 10:55, but it was the 6th person. T	Tomohiro Bandai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに食べたくなると、ついついいってしまうお店。潤系列のなかでは、こちらが好きですふんだんにのった、岩のりはこちらの背脂ラーメンとマッチしているので必ず頼んでしまいます個人的には、麺硬め、中油がお気に入りゆずも入っているので実際はそれほどくどさは感じませんカウンターのみなので大勢で行くには向かないでしょうか駐車場も4台分くらいしかなく、よく満車になっています以前は夜遅くまでやっていましたが、近年は20時閉店になってしまって、ちょっと利便性は落ちましたが、仕方ないですかね。餃子も大きくておすすめです If you want to eat it once in a while, it's a shop that you just go to. T	Toshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店にも行った事が有りますが、こちらが好きですね。只、背脂が苦手なので少なめや、無しも有ると有り難いです。こちらのスープは濃いめだけど美味しいですね。背脂に岩のりが合います。ブラックも有りました。他店でも濃いめな醤油でブラックを名乗ってますが、富山ブラックがルーツでしょうか？新潟県は濃い味付けが好きな人が多いからかもしれません。麺が終り、スープを飲みたくても背脂が厳しく飲めませんでした。 I've been to the main store, but I like this one. T	TTT III on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年ぶりの新潟ラーメン。出張で何度となく通ったらーめん処潤。前日は楽しみ過ぎて眠れなかった。店は当時と変わらず、暖簾が痛んだくらい。券売機でチャーシュー麺に岩ノリ購入、これは譲れない。以前は納豆丼などもあったけど、久しぶりに来たら無くなってた。今日は背油を少し追加してもらった。煮干しが香るスープ、背油と絡む岩ノリ、変わらぬ味に感動。地元に愛される店だからこその、変わらぬ美味さだった。東京蒲田の店は近いから何度か行くんだけど、味が全然違う。新潟に住みたい。 Niigata ramen for the first time in 10 years.
