★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my楽天モバイルアプリのお問い合わせサポートと中々繋がらすケーズデンキ店にある楽天へ足を運んだ。接客したのは外国人（○ャミンダさん）。アプリにて問い合わせをしてくれの一点張り。新規契約しか相手にしない様子。外人さんの接客も非常に悪かったが、楽天は、契約後のサポートサービス全般は悪いと思ってよいです。
